it doesn’t communicate with mainboard. is it possibly the U2(mcp1501) and U3(mcp33151)?
we have 128, EVE 280ah cells. going to do 16x8 in series to get 400v. We will also have active balancers, but, I’d like to get the passive ones working since I bought 10 of them. 
any help? or guidance?
