I’m an RF engineer by trade. I have a little bit of experience in programming, but only at a home hobbyist kind of level with Arduino. My strengths are in hardware design and anything RF related. I’ve wanted to put together an open energy monitor for some time, and have now dived in at the deep end. I am intending to use an STM32F303 connected to the Pi via serial UART. I am interested in seeing what accuracy can be achieved with a few modifications/improvements to the current design, and hopefully can contribute to the project in some way.
