I would be concerned with the payback period - is it worth doing? I’m obviously am not intimate with @Oliman’s reasons to monitor each circuit, but at, let’s say ~$30 per circuit, I would think any potential energy savings would be minimal or none existent. I agree with @borpin picking only some of the larger loads for monitoring will have better potential payback.
Of course, if you just want to monitor every circuit in the house, that’s good too.
