Recreated this on another install
It was EmonScripts that had a local change, and which was no longer present after the new updates. Happy to g digging in logs if you tell me where to go!

Thanks! what do you get if you hover over the Yes badge?
Hovering over the badge should show the details of the changes, in particular the filename that the change is associated with.
