Hello~
I would like to ask your advice about the chip–TPS40210,producing by TI.( the datasheet of TPS40210 ) My question is as following:
I add a circuit–NPN and PNP between the output of GDRV and NMOS. The outputted voltage is normal,however, these two audion became to burner and burner after powering up.
If connecting a resistant directly,the NMOS will be more hotter.
Why ?

There is a lot of very good information on the data sheet that you provided a link to, and you need to follow that exactly. Believe me, the manufacturer does know quite a lot about the things they make. There might also be much more general information available. Unless somebody here happens to be an expert on that particular device, your best place to look and ask will be on the Texas Instruments website.
