Welcome to the forum, John. I’ve split this out into a new topic as the [previous one](https://community.openenergymonitor.org/t/performance-of-9kw-daikin/25243) was quite long. There’s probably worth reading through it to see what advice has been given by others.

What and type property do you have?

This may suggests that the heat pump is running fine but the estimation of heat produced is off.

Do you have some daily figures for electrical consumption compared to gas consumption before?
