Hi Everyone, I am Soumitra Dutta an entrepreneur & photographer from Oxford. I’m planning to monitor my solar PV system using OpenEnergyMonitor. I’m unsure about the correct sensor setup and how to configure everything in Emoncms for accurate generation and consumption tracking. What approach worked best for you, and are there any common pitfalls I should avoid?

It was written a while ago so the hardware it refers to will have changed slightly, the principal is the same. You will want to monitor the solar PV generation i.e AC output of the inverter and main supply grid import/export.
