Smoothie not showing data

Hi guys

I have been reading trough all the posts here but cant seem to find info on the “Smoothie” graph. Is there any special settings that needs made before it works?

Apologies for creating the correct format for my question:

So my setup is a follow:
OS : Windows x86
Server : Wamp - Self Hosted , local server
Version installed : EmonCms | 9.7.7 | 2016.10.29

What works: All the other graphs is working well , it is just the “smoothie” that runs/scroll but it does not show any data.
