SCT-006-000 usage with emonPi?

Can you modify the emonPi to work with the SCT-006-000 20A clip-on sensor instead of the SCT-013-000 100A?

Hi, It seems that when ordering I overlooked the fact that the SCT-006-000 is not compatible with the emonPi. I have connected it anyway, and it gives a reading that is way to high. Is using the SCT-006 simply a matter of adjusting the calibration? And if so, should this be done by modifying the firmware here: ? Or it it preferred to perform the recalibration in emoncms somehow?
