Hi guys, does anyone know what this could be ? I’ve noticed that sometimes at the beginning of heating cycle my water pump is not running at 100%, after few minutes it jumps to 100% for 8 minutes or so and then back to like 70% or something like that. But the issue is it is not slowing down and reach target delta. In this case I have delta set to 6C but as you can see it is running the whole time at 17.6l/m and maintaining dT=3C. Before there was DHW heating and then the pump was off for 3h and because it was below 5C outside the pump has run 1 anti freeze cycle. Also for some reason the pump was running only at 17.6l/m instead of 19.6l/m which is max. flow. Could it be that it has glitched because of AF cycle ?
I have seen it several times before where it doesn’t lower the pump speed to meet the target dt.
I’m using fixed pump speed now, so isn’t a problem for me anymore, but here’s a screen shot of when I was using PWM. Some cycles just wouldn’t reduce the pump speed. It happened fairly regularly.
Thanks Jake, this seems to be really some regulation glitch indeed. Happens only occasionally usually after some circulation pump operation like anti-freeze cycle or like in your case when checking for a flow temp. Just another bug with Samsung, I’m used to it
Btw, when you are using constant flow now, does the circulation pump running 24/7 ? But in your case this seems to be better than 8 min off 3 min on an all over again… For UFH you can afford this but for radiator system with firmware I have this mode is not working. flow immediately drops high and pump restarts after 3 minutes or so.
