Finally got around to cleaning up and restoring new nodes to emoncms.org but found a couple of traps for the unwary (and those that don’t read all the documentation!):
My emoncms.org account stopped logging data after I upgraded to the new system (9.9.5) - turned out that my apikey was xxxxxxxxxx in new emonhub.config file so inputs weren’t being posted. I found this out after deleting all my inputs on the remote emoncms.org.
By now I found my way to the setup remote guide and restored the apikey but still no updated inputs after an hour or so…
But restarting emonHub (presumably it reads the config file at startup - dah!) restored the inputs. So suggestion is to add a note in the guide to restart emonHub:
