Time to contribute my 5 cents to this open sourece project.

Based on the work of @Edwin in post [Script for Dutch Smart meter "Kaifa ma105" integration with emoncms](https://community.openenergymonitor.org/t/script-for-dutch-smart-meter-kaifa-ma105-integration-with-emoncms/2719) I reworked the script for

- Python3
- Belgian DSMR codes (or Sagemcom… not sure)
