My Axioma Qalcosonic E4 is correctly showing the KWh along with “INT” and a power cable symbol. However it is also showing the warning triangle with no error code. Is that normal? Does the error need resetting somwhow?

Would you might sending a photo of what you’re seeing please?
There is no “power cable symbol” on the display. I suspect that you’re seeing the symbol showing supply side / return side mounting.
If there is a warning triangle then there should be a corresponding error code visible by accessing the error code menu. It may be a harmless “info code” (e.g. temperature difference less than 3K) or it might be a meaningful one. The errror will be in the error code menu not on the first screen.

And what do you see on the Error screen @jchittock ?

It wasn’t 11 but navigating around, I found Er: 4000

Here’s the page from the manual:
Err 4000 means “temperature difference below permissible limits”
That means the difference between supply and return temperature is less than the 3K limit that the MID approval is valid for.
It is not a catastrophic error. It is an info code. It will happen NORMALLY when nothing is happening and everything heat soaks/equalises to ambient. It can also happen if your circulator pump speed is EXCESSIVE (so the sstem operates with DT below 3K) and during startup/shutdown where the pump runs before/after the compressor does.
