Problem getting data to display on the MyHeatPump Monitor Dashboard

Hi all,

I’m a bit stumped. I have my data arriving into my Inputs and it is appearing in the Graphs. I then created a My Heatpump App and assigned items to the various preset fields.

I created a Dashboard, but when I click on View this dashboard, I just get a blank screen.

I have only added 6 Feeds - FlowT, ReturnT, RoomT, OutdoorT, Electric and Heat. All other fields are Disabled.

And somewhat related, is it another “feed” to have each of the Cumulative Electric use and Heat output items ?

Thanks in advance

Could you post a screenshot or share your emoncms.org username if you would like us to take a look

It’s “championc” :+1:

Just had a look, you need kWh energy feeds for MyHeatPump to work. I’ve created some kWh feeds using the Power_to_kWh input process. I’ve selected these feeds on MyHeatPump and the app new loads. I’ve just reset the data since it’s important that the Power and Energy feeds are in sync.

Super, many thanks.

Just need to go back to the eBus thread now to figure out increasing the polling frequency

I’ve a silly problem with the kW units, which are being interpreted as Watts. In Home Assistant, they are seen as kW, so they should be arriving to Emoncms as kW too, and the input item is configured as kW, but it’s clearly being displayed or tagged as being in Watts

But in the Data Viewer, they indeed appear to be correct

My Heatpump app requires the power feeds to be in watts.

You can multiply the input by 1000 to the same or different feed, or create a virtual feed that does the same.

How do I multiply this by 1000 ? I don’t see an option to * by a value in the dropdown list

Look for x under “Calibration”.
