OpenEvse fitting ESP8266

Trying to fit WiFi (ESP8266) to my openevse. I think it’s a v2.5. I’ve programmed the ESP. Now to wiring, could you expand on this first step in the instructions please, where do I connect this red lead exactly? If I read correctly it doesn’t actually involve the ESP, but an extra wire to add on the Openevse?

Connect the Red (+) lead of UBEC Power module to the +12v header labeled RELAY 1/2 Common .

Ah-I see now, the UBEC is a separate voltage regulator. Silly me.
