Odd looking dashboard after update

this is a SELFHOSTED install of emoncms

So i have had an emoncms install running for the better part of a year without any issues at all

Now i wanted to mod the dashboards and i got some

emoncms Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘value’ of undefined

errors when i tried to add the thresholds widget

so i updated via /emoncms/admin/view and now it looks odd

when i try to edit a dashboard i get:

if i click ok the toolbox looks like this

any pointers to what is going on?

@TrystanLea @glyn.hudson do you experts have any clue on what could be wrong?

The first thing to do is clear the browser cache and try it in a private window.

In the administration page there is a button to ‘copy server information to clipboard’ if you click on that then pate the info in a reply (no further formatting necessary) we can try and help.

What exactly did you do? Most self installs had no means of updating via the admin screen except in certain circumstances (fixed with the next release).

Private window did the trick

as for update i clicked here
