My Electricity App shows 113 kWh but My Electricity 2 App shows three bars at the top right corner from about 7PM to 12AM and then starts working with the new days totals.

You’re in North America, I believe? Are you 5 hours adrift of UTC?
Have you got the right timezone setting EVERYWHERE (e.g. both in your server/Raspberry Pi and in emonCMS)?
(It would be helpful if you entered your Country in your profile - because that then gives us a hint as to the power system you are likely to have and helps with time-related issues, which I think this could be.)
EmonCMS works on UTC, but it requires to know your offset so that it knows when “Today” started for you, which is a few hours after it did for me, and so that it can make the necessary conversions.
If that isn’t the problem, you need somebody who knows emonCMS better than I do.
