My monitoring stopped working yesterday afternoon and I am not sure why.
Heat pump, heat meters and elec meters all operational.
Lights are all on on the heat pump monitoring kit.
Hardwired data - have tried swapping data cable and turning power off and on again.
No recent changes to data settings (eg username or password)
All feeds went down at the same time (about 4pm).
Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated!

Thanks, no change to internet connection, but I’ll check whether it’s still “seeing” the connection correctly. Can’t think why it would suddenly “forget” but I suppose these things happen. Can you remind me how to check / set the internet settings? Cheers
It turns out some slightly overzealous vacuuming by my partner knocked the data cable slightly out of the powerline adaptor I use to get Ethernet to the monitoring kit. Plugged back in and hey presto!
