All a quick heads up be very careful on how you snap the external senor sub-board away.
I managed to nuke 2 out of 9 external temp sensor modules.
It would appear i must have fractured the thermistors when i broke the sub board away.
Inspection under microscopes shows nothing.
Or too much heat during the shrinking of the heat shrink - but the specs of the sensor would indicate i would have to be brutal with the heat gun.
They were working prior to my gorilla approach.
One is now extremely high resistance and the second is OC.
Unfortunately i had to order a different part from LCSC - has the same specs, so hope it will work … but still waiting for them to arrive.
