Other than creating a script that takes an input and sends data properly encoded to an Emoncms instance, are there any suggestions as to how one would manually enter data into Emoncms? I’d like to monitor gas usage and for now a manual read and data entry would be the simplest.
Hello @Rickenbacker thanks for your question, emoncms is not really designed for manual meter readings, the graphs and data output all require more regular data. I keep my meter readings in a spreadsheet and export stats like monthly averages etc out of emoncms for further analysis if needed at the moment.
