Issue after upgrade of emonPi with MySQL

Hello,

I just did an upgrade using the Web interface last week on my emonPi software and after that, the mySQL server did not work.
When login on, I get the error:
Can’t connect to database, please verify credentials/configuration in settings.php
Error message: Can’t connect to local MySQL server through socket ‘/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock’ (2)

I have found a thread with similar error but still cannot get it to work.

Could you please help me.
I also try to FTP my last data backup from the /DATA directory using PROFTPD but I’m never able to log on.

Hello @Hoplite, O dear!

Looking at previous posts with this error, one cause is the disk being full, have you checked that that is not the cause?
Could you try the command below and show us the output?

$ df -h
3

I’m sorry I’ve found it. You were right the disk was full.
I have increased the disk space and now it works again.
