Is this possible ( had issue with sensors )

Im hoping one of the owners or techies pick this up

i recently lost all the data from sensors from my heat pump , but the energy used has continue to record , this is not a huge issue but its had a huge impact and distorted my data

is it possible to nil off the data for the days so it dose not distort my data

many thanks Chris

i now have the data back

Support for the Heatpump Monitor is built in to the price, so email The Shop: [email protected].

Hi Chris, HPM will only use periods when there’s both electric and heat meter data available when calculating SCOP. So this won’t have affected your overall SCOP figure

Thanks for the reply @glyn.hudson , but I’m not sure that’s the case the scop figures have nose dived since the heat pump sensors were offline at my end , I assume your systems were still expecting the data to come through

If it can’t be done it’s not a issue it’s just not a true reflection and the data is wrong

Which really dosent help with keeping accurate data

I should of taken the power used sensor away when I lost the heatpump data

Hello @Chris_Hill the issue is that while the flow and return temperature disappered it seems a heat output of zero was returned through that period, not sure if it’s possible to change the logic in the heat pump integration script your using to not post heat data if the integration is offline?

I will fix this particular period though for you manually, I can delete the 0 value heat data in that period and recalculate the daily data

Your a star @TrystanLea , I thank you :folded_hands:

The problem came from the fact I lost all sensors with the exception of the power used sensor , but again thanks for doing this
