Hardware needed for two RJ45 pulse sensors and solar monitoring

Hi All,

Just a quick question.

I’m costing putting an Open Energy Monitor on the system as drawn in the attachment, but can not find the connection detail on the pulse probes (are they RJ45 only) - the system appears only to have one RJ45 input per unit. Correct?

Please refer to the attached network diagram - How/what hardware do I need to buy to make this happen?

I’d like to monitor the following:
Power coming in off grid (using clamp sensor)
Power coming in off grid (using pulse sensor to calibrate)
Power coming in off solar system (using clamp sensor)
Power being exported to grid (using clamp sensor)
Power being exported to grid (using pulse sensor to calibrate)
Results of this being transmitted wirelessly to a display panel/monitor.
Results being transmitted to pvoutput.org

I can run a cat5 cable to the meter board by following the path of the solar cable - so if an ethernet cable connecting the receiver in the meterboard to a wi-fi transmitter inside the house is needed, it’s possible.

I’d appreciate your advice on this.

With best regards,

Andrew F
