i looked a bit arround and it seems to happen from time to time but i could not figure why
i run version 9.9.3 ( emonSD-26Oct17 (Stable))
what other info could i post to try and find out why this happens?
the only other thing i have added is a script that updates my public ip against the duckdns service (dynamic dns service). and the speedtest script so that i can log my internet speeds at one hour intervals. just in case i need to provide isp proof that they suck 
both feeds and graphs are public, and it used to work but just stopped a few hours ago
truncating the feeds for data did not help it start again
