Hi Glyn
Thereβs no SSID being broadcast and the LEDs are also different colours.
My daughter likes it though.

Hi Glyn
I managed to connect to the emonPixel, I think it was booting and then crashing, turned out that it needed a flash wipe and then a firmware upload as the previous firmware upload had the same result.
I need to get my head around what the different commands are to get an idea what the flashing and whizzing colour LEDs mean as I cant make head or tail ATM, below is whatβs its doing.

Thatβs strange, can you see the serial output of the ESP @115200 baud?
Could you post the serial output at startup? Maybe I loaded the incorrect
FW.
@glyn.hudson are there any dimension diagrams/plans for the emonPixel - I want to build a 3d printed case for it !

Thanks for the serial OP:
It looks like itβs successfully connecting to your network SiFi
, and getting IP address 192.168.10.127
, do you see the emonPixel webpage if you browse to this address?
Itβs also successfully connecting to your MQTT server and receiving MQTT data to set the background red. All looks like itβs working correctly. You just need to send a fill command to set pixels either clockwise or anticlockwise.
The laser cut CAD design for the case is available on the emonPixel repo:
You can get the dimensions from the CAD design.
