}I think you have a point - mine was set to GB on the emonpi.
I have another 2 pi’s running buster, which both have very stable wireless connection and both have Country ID set to US which matches the country ID on the access point.
I wil change it on the emonpi, reboot and see what happens.
Interestingly, I have one of these GL.iNet GL-MT300N-V2 routers setup as my IOT AP using a vanilla version of OpenWRT.
On checking the wireless was set to ‘World’. I set it to GB and restarted it.
Looking at a second Pi I have running, I noticed it stopped dropping the connection at exactly the time I restarted the router - it definitely makes a difference.
In your case, the second Pi is also running en emonSD image?
The reason I am asking is that, in my case, the only one experiencing the issue with the drops is the emonPi. The other two Pi’s I have, which have a more stable wlan connection, are running the latest image downloaded from raspberrypi.org:

I restarted Emonhub and the posting to emoncms.org recommenced.
This issue needs to be tracked down.
In my case it works for a few days after I reload the emonPi or restart emonhub then it stops.
I was away last weekend and it stopped sending on Friday around 3AM and it didn’t recover until I restarted emonhub on monday evening when I returned home.
The interesting thing is that it has the same behavior with a local emoncm - I have a local installation on an ubuntu server on the local lan.

I just thought I would add a possible closure to this issue/topic.
I have had no recurrence of my original problem since the post on Aug 25.
As a possibly relevant observation, my internet access was interrupted recently for about 10 hours, which I identified as a result of the emoncms.org posted data missing for the period. I traced the problem to a modem and once reset, EmonHub proceeded to upload all the missing (presumably buffered) data in batches over the next hour or so. All without an error or other form of intervention. Very nice.

Spoke just a moment too soon. Problem recurred again last night - approx 18 hours ago. 
There is some updated emonhub code in the master branch if you want to try that.
