My system was installed by my heat pump installer. It is a EmonsHP connected through a Pi and has a Kamstrup heat monitor. I do not have local access but use through the Cloud. In the Inputs section, as shown in screenshot, the date has stopped at the 26 Jun. This date is not related to anything specific. This means that I can see no data when I come to use Apps and dashboards. I have had the heat pump off for the summer and have found this problem when starting to use it again. Not being able to connect to the Pi I am unable to check any files.
Can anyone advise of any way I can get the system working correctly.
Hello Derek, could you email the shop on [email protected] with any information we could use to identify this system and look into it for you?
It’s probably a connectivity issue, how is the emonhp connected to the Internet? Via WiFi or Ethernet? If it’s via Wifi have you changed your router or WiFi password recently?
Hello Glyn
Thank you for reply.
I have changed my internet provider during the summer and am now with ZEN with a combined modem and router.
My emoncms user name is ‘dmc’ and the unit is numbered ‘EOS45’ as shown in photo.
As I am not able to log into the local setup to register to my wifi, how can I register the unit to my wifi, can you do this for me?

You will need to either temporarily connect it via an Ethernet cable or create a hotspot on your phone, then we can help with the setup. Please email us [email protected] or give us a call 01286 800870, and we’ll guide you through the process.
OT and too late possibly, but always worth creating an SSID on the new router/AP that matches the old router. Then everything just connects
Thanks for information. Hopefully the problem is being sorted by leadership team.
