Emoncms.org credit not showing?

Hi OEM
The “You are in debt for emoncms.org credits” pop-up triggered me into buying some emoncms.org credits, which I’ve done in the past and had credited. However, the last tranche aren’t showing from 20 Jun 2026 purchase - did I mess up?
Invoice details for one of the tranches:
Invoice Number: 32496
Invoice Date: 20/06/2026
Due Date: 20/07/2026
Account: JOHN208
Shop Order ID #: 38402

Hello @John, thanks for getting in touch! looks like your emoncms.org account was linked to your googlemail account but not the same account with “gmail” in the address. I’ve now linked your gmail version as well and can see that the credit has just come through, thank you for the credit order!

Thanks Trys. I may have used Gmail on the recent order, oops. All good now anyway!
