How can I use the https://shop.openenergymonitor.com/vthings-co2-temperature-and-pressure-node-wifi-mqtt-emoncms/ by connecting it to the emonPI instead of connecting it to a separate computer?

I’ve never used it, but from the look of the description, you initially set it up using emulated Ethernet over USB (use a web browser to connect to it), and you then set up the wifi (presumably this only needs to be done once, and after that it’ll just connect over wifi). You could do this using an EmonPI if you really want, but you may need to be familiar with Linux networking (and use something like tunnelling TCP over ssh to be able to point your web browser at it).
Just set it up to send an MQTT message. It only needs to be connected to ‘another computer’ to set it up as it communicates over wifi. I think you can set it up without even doing that.
