Changing Fixed Interval TimeSeries from 5 min to 1min

What would happen if I do that on already exisiting feeds? My goal is to have a better resolution in time. Alternatively I would start fresh, I would only use like 2 weeks of logging,

You can’t retrospectively change that setting. What you could do, is export the old feed data and import it into a new feed with the higher resolution and then start logging into that new feed .
