I get the following error message with missing fields that I don´t see and so can´t fill in.
What can I do?

Reloading the page with CTRL F5 helped, the additional fileds became visible. System is now online and shared. First system in Germany? I can´t believe that…

Thank you for adding your system @Erik_Klaas it’s great to have more systems from Germany on there! We do have a couple already, they are just hiding in other metering I think, see: https://heatpumpmonitor.org/?filter=germany&period=all&minDays=0&other=1&hpint=1&errors=1

There seems to be something a little unusual going on with your data, the flow and return temperatures are inverted when the compressor is running and there’s also heat output when the compressor is off. I wonder if that’s a sensor position issue? is the heat meter on the output of the buffer? The flow and return temperatures are also very cold??

I’ve fixed the error with the required freeze field, thanks for letting us know!
I cant seem to replicate the missing space_heating_control_type error. Not sure why that was showing, any tips on replicating welcome, or if anyone else experiences that one please let me know…

Thanks Trystan, for fixing this so quickly. The missing space_heating_control_type error only appeared when I tried the detailed setup dialogue. Anyhow, I got around this by forcing a reload of the page in Chrome with CTRL F5.

A couple of comments and more questions:

  • Flow and Return Temperatures I switched to the brine temperatures 2 days ago, I was not sure whether that was the intended use
  • Now switched it back to the temperatures that are measured by my Multical Heatcounter 303 QP
  • This heat meter is behind a buffer, thats why there is heat ouput for some time even when the compressor is off. I think thats correct, isn´t it?
  • I want to also use my internal heat meter as an alternative method. Is there a way to do that? Or do I setup a second system and use Weishaupt heat metering instead? Its counting significantly more kWh than my Multical.

So much for now, thanks for any further help in advance
Erik

Great thanks!

We do prefer the heat meter on the primary pipework before the buffer (between the heat pump and the buffer), but if it’s after the buffer and thats your only option that’s fine.

Im not quite following here, do you have two heat meters one in the heat pump and the other after the buffer?

Correct

I have now set it up with the internal heat meter before the buffer, external electrical meter and correct flow and return temperatures. Please feel free to remove the error flag if all is good
