Up until yesterday we had the new 2026 Vaillant Arotherm in the database as V2, which was quite useful as this type differs from the older model. But since today it seems to have vanished from the database. Any idea where it went?

I’ve been debating if a V2 model differentiation in HPM is required. Vaillant have not mentioned anything about performance changes between the two modes. Most installers I spoke to have assumed they were identical.
However, today I’ve managed to get hold of the V2 datasheets (they are sill not published on their website). I’ve created another thread to compare the diferances which are minimal, but present: Vaillant Arothem+ V1 vs V2
I’m still unsure if a V2 model differentiation in HPM is required? Another is that most installers are not differentiating when telling us what unit they have installed, thefore we don’t know if it’s a V1 or V2
Thank you for your insight! I think one of the changes is the modulation minimum, something very valuable the heatpumpmonitor provides real world insight into. In that overview it would be worthwhile to know what the specific unit is. You could also switch to the official typenumbers, which are mostly included on the invoices and type label.
