3.5mm jack part #

I have an emonPi2. I had a tip from one of the 3.5mm CT sensors get stuck in the jack. I tried pulling it out with some needle nose plyers but couldn’t and ended up damaging the jack.

What is the part number of the 3.5 jack? I need to replace the broken one.
